Returns & Refund Policy

Standard Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal request function available on our website or contact us directly before the expiry of the 14 day period.

Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will send you confirmation without undue delay.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products.

• Sealed cosmetic, skincare, fragrance, or other hygiene related products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Opened fragrance, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Gift Cards and Discount Codes

Purchases made using gift cards or discount codes may be returned under the same conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method(s) where applicable. Any amount originally paid using a gift card may be refunded as a new gift card or store credit of equal value.

Discount codes are non refundable and cannot be reissued once used, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
